BIGGIE SMALLS VS BOOT CAMP CLICK....1990'S
I was thinking of taking the day off in homage to Biggie, but I have a lil something for ya. Sometimes I wonder how Biggie Smalls would fare in this modern internet world. Both BIG and Pac for that matter. But, I was thinking about a rumor in particular. Back in the day, there was a rumor that Biggie had tied up Starang Wondah from the Boot Camp Clik and like held him for ransom or something. Honestly, that’s what was going on, but that rumor is not fully true. What happened was the video for "No Fear" got Biggie pissed at Starang Wondah, because there was a Biggie Look-A-Like in the video in an unflattering manner. BIG didn’t like that so he sent some dudes to meet Starang at D&D Studios. After the dudes beat him up a bit, they reportedly Biggie on the phone and he told the Starang not to mess with him any more. After that, Starang rapped about it saying, “like when I was up in D&D i caught 2 or 3 stitches / I was still gettin b***hes at The Tunnel takin’ pictures.” The 90’s were wild! Here is that video for “No Fear.”
